Abstract

Influence Of Financial Decisionson the Corporate Value With Business Risks As Mediating Variable On Property and Real Estate Company which Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange By: Muhammad Hasni Multazam Dra. Diana Dwi Astuti, M.Si Drs. Edi Turjono, MP Major Accounting, Bachelor of College of Economy Mandala Jember ABSTRACT The main objective o fcompany in the long term is to optimize the value of the company through increased prosperity shareholders. This research to analyse the effect of financial decisions on corporate value through business risk. The sample used in the study of 14 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISE) during the observation period 2012-2016. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the path analysis with the analysis tool SPSS22. The results showed that (1) The financial decisions have a significant effect on the risk of the business, but investment decisions and dividend policy had no significant effect on business risk, (2) the business risk is not significant effect on the value of the company, (3) the investment decision and financial decisions significantly influence the value of the company and dividend policy has no significant effect on the value of the company, (4) the business risk of not being able to mediate the relationship between investment decisions, financial decisions and dividend policy on firm value.
