Abstract
ABSRACT This study aims to find out what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Banyuwangi Divine Secret Tofu Factory and to find out how marketing strategies can be carried out by the Banyuwangi Divine Secret Tofu Factory and to find out how marketing strategies can be carried out by the Banyuwangi Divine Secret Tofu Factory by using SWOT analysis. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection methods in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis, namely the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, and SWOT matrix. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the strategy that can be applied to the Ilahu Secret Tofu Factory in Banyuwangi is the WO (Weakness of Opportunities) strategy. Several steps must be taken, namely, 1) utilizing information technology as a means of promotion, 2) making operational licenses so that businesses are more trusted and more known to the public, 3) increasing product tools and production quantities in order to increase sales volume, 4) increasing business capital so that the business is more developed and the marketing area is wider and 5) add workers, especially in the marketing department so that they can carry out promotions to the maximum.
