Abstract

ABSTRACT Travel Explore Trans Jember is a company engaged in ticket sales services. The tickets sold are bus tickets, plane tickets, and train tickets. travel trans jember currently still uses ticket sales manually, namely receiving ticket sales by telephone and then the recording process is carried out so that the admin section cannot manage ticket reservations efficiently when there is a queue. Therefore we need an information system that can help ticket sales online and can promote ticket sales services digitally. This study resulted in a Web-Based Trans Jember Travel Ticket Sales Information System using the waterfall software development method as a feature of recording sales of travel and tourist tickets with the aim of making it easier for admins to manage data digitally. The Web-based Travel Explore Trans Jember Ticket Sales Information System is also presented in the form of a website profile to promote the Travel Explore Trans Jember ticket product and a catalog of tourist destinations.
