Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to: (1) To find out the influence of Information Technology and Management Information Systems partially on Employee Performance in the Village Office in Rogojampi Sub-District. (2) To find out the influence of Information Technology and Management Information System simultaneously on Employee Performance in Village Office in Rogojampi Sub-District. In conducting this research used quantitative descriptive methods using primary data. Primary data in the study was obtained by conducting interviews by providing questionnaires. Researchers took a sample of 60 respondents using the non probability sampling method with the sample withdrawal used is saturated sampling. Analytical techniques used include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heterocedasticity tests), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficients of determination (R2), and hypothesis tests (t test and f test). The results showed that Information Technology and Management Information Systems partially affect Employee Performance. And simultaneously Information Technology and Management Information Systems affect Employee Performance. Keywords: Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Employee Performance
