Abstract

ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the effect of management control systems and management control processes on managerial performance at BPR Syariah Asri Madani Nusantara The data used in this study are primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 20 correspondents. The data processing method uses multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results showed that in multiple linear regression testing the t-test and F-test the results obtained on the variable of the influence of the management control system and the control process variable had an effect on the variable of managerial performance.
