Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of partially non-physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT BCA KCU Jember (2) the influence of leadership style partially on the performance of employees of PT BCA KCU Jember (3) influence of motivation partially on the performance of employees of PT BCA KCU Jember (4) the influence of non-physical work environment, leadership style and motivation is simultaneously carried out by using the questionnaire data collection method. The sample in this study were 54 employees of PT BCA KCU Jember who were determined by census technique. In this study using a quantitative approach (statistics) using multiple linear regression analysis. To help the process of completing this research, this statistical analysis was assisted by the statistical application program SPSS 20 For Windows. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that partially the non-physical work environment variables affect the employee performance of PT BCA KCU Jember with a significance value of 0.018. Leadership style affects the performance of employees of PT BCA KCU Jember with a significance value of 0.009. Motivation affects the performance of employees of PT BCA KCU Jember with a significance value of 0.002. Simultaneously, the non-physical work environment, leadership style and motivation affect the performance of employees of PT BCA KCU Jember with a significance value of 0.000.
