Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously of the variable Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Compensation on Work Motivation of the employees of Perhutani KPH Jember Office. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of data from questionnaires and secondary data in the form of vision and mission, values and organizational structure which are obtained directly from the Perhutani KPH Jember Office. The data processing method in this study uses the Research Indicator Test Analysis method, namely the Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, namely Linearity Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test ,Multiple Linear Regression, Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination and Hypothesis Test namely t and F test, with the help of the SPSS 25 analysis tools. The results showed that the leadership style and compensation variables partially did not have a significant and positive effect on the work motivation of Office Perhutani KPH Jember employees and work discipline variables partially had a significant and positive effect on the work motivation of the employees of the Perhutani KPH Jember Office, and simultaneously the leadership style variable, Work Discipline and Compensation affect the work motivation of the employees of the Perhutani KPH Jember Office.
