Abstract

ABSTRACT Transportation is an important means needed by people from all walks of life, both parents, adults and children to travel long distances. One means of transportation that is often in demand by students and parents to travel between cities from Banyuwangi to Jember is using the Pandanwangi Train which operates in the DOAP 9 area. This study aims to analyze the effect of ticket prices and service quality on customer satisfaction. Pandanwangi Train. The population in this study were the users of the Pandanwangi Railway service as many as 4656 passengers. The sample in this study were 30 respondents. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. Secondary data obtained from books, internet related to research. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research data show that ticket prices have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Where the value of the influence of ticket prices and service quality on customer satisfaction. The results of the partial significance test state that ticket prices have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of users of Pandanwangi train services and service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Pandanwangi train service users.
