Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of price and service quality variables on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at CV. Samudera, Jember Regency. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of data from questionnaires and secondary data in the form of organizational structure, complete address and data on the types of products obtained directly from CV. Samudera, Jember Regency. The data processing method in this study uses the Research Indicator Test Analysis method, namely the Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test namely Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Path Analysis and Sobel Test, with the help of SPSS 25 analysis tools. Price and service quality directly have no effect on customer loyalty, price variables have no effect, directly on customer satisfaction, service quality variables have a direct effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction variables have a direct effect on customer loyalty, price and service quality variables have an effect indirectly to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at CV.
