Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously of work motivation, work discipline, compensation, and work environment on employee performance in joint life insurance (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 Jember. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data processing method in this study uses the Data Instrument Test Analysis method, namely: Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, namely: Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination and Hypothesis Test, namely: t test and test F, with the help of SPSS 25 analysis tools. The results showed that the variables of Work Motivation, Compensation, and Work Environment partially did not have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance at Bumiputera 1912 Jember Joint Life Insurance, while the Work Discipline variable partially Has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance at Joint Life Insurance (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 Jember. And simultaneously the variables of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Compensation, and Work Environment have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance in Joint Life Insurance (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 Jember.
