Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to see the partial and simultaneous influence of Transformational Leadership, Motivation, Training, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM in Jember Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data processing method in this study uses the Data Instrument Test Analysis method, namely: Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, namely: Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination and Hypothesis Testing, namely: t test and hypothesis testing. . . namely: t test and hypothesis test, namely: t test and F hypothesis test, with the help of SPSS 25 analysis tools. The results showed that the variables of motivation, training partially did not have a significant and positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM in Jember Regency, while The variables of Transformational Leadership and Work Environment partially have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance in the Cooperative and UMKM in Jember Regency. And simultaneously the variables of Leadership Transformation, Motivation, Training, and Work Environment have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance at the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM in Jember Regency.
