Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of brand trust, service quality, and the price of the decision on the use of packet delivery services simultaneously at PT. Pos Indonesia in Jember District, (2) the influence of brand trust on partial use decisions, (3) the effect of service quality on partial use decisions, (4) the effect of price on partial use decisions. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the results of consumer questionnaires service delivery package PT. Indonesian post. samples taken as many as 40 respondents. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple deteminant analysis, F test, t-test. The results obtained in this study are (1) brand trust, service quality, and price have an effect simultaneously on the decision of usage, (2) brand trust affect the decision of use. (3) the quality of service effect on the decision of usage. (4) the price affects the use decision. Keywords: brand trust, service quality, price, use decision.
