Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the marketing strategy using a SWOT analysis on distributions of Klanrock House Jember. Data collection methods used in this research was interviews and data collection through questionnaire sheets on the respondent. This research do perform data analysis using SWOT method, i.e. by way of analyzing the internal and external factors into steps strategies in optimizing business more profitable. The results showed the Distro KLANROCK HOUSE including Jember in quadrant I, i.e. businesses that have the opportunities and strengths that it can capitalize on the opportunities that exist. The strategy that applied in this case is supportive of an aggressive growth policy. Key words: SWOT analysis, marketing strategy
