Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of stress, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk in Jember. The data used in this study in the form of primary data obtained from the responses of respondents by filling out the questionnaire by answering the questions that have been given. The method of data processing using multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS Version 21 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the variable work stress and compensation does not significantly affect employee performance. While the work environment significantly affect employee performance. Keywords : Job stress, work environment, compensation, and employee performance
