Abstract
ABSTRACT Work environment, work motivation, career development, and workload are very important factors in msdm. This research about the influence of msdm factor on employee performance of PT. Telecommunication branch in jember city, used by analysis technique is test of normality, test of Heterokedastisitas. Multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and dtermination coefficient. Based on the analysis, the results show that the indicators in this study are not very significant. The results of analysis using SPSS Statistics Version 21 which shows that: 1) work environment variables on employee performance obtained sig value of 0.703> from 0.05. 2) variable of work motivation to employee performance obtained by sig value equal to 0,003 <from 0,05. 3) careerdevelopment variable on employee performance obtained sig value equal to 0,029 <from 0,05. 4) variable workload on employee performance obtained sig value of 0.001 <from 0.05. 5) Hypothesis testing simultaneously, based on F test, obtained multiple linear regression Y = 9,149 - 0,111X1 - 0,217X2 + 0,269X3 + 0,448X4. 6) work load variables have the greatest value among other variables that is 0.448, so the workload has a more dominant influence.
