Abstract

ABSTRACT Micro business plays an important role of the country's economy, especially in the field of national economy and employment. However, they are still facing problems with marketing, capital, technical skills and management. Therefore, there is a need for further guidance by related institutions, namely the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises. Then the problem is whether the guidance carried out by the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises is influential or not. The guidance referred to in this study consisted of business consulting variables, facilitation of production marketing, and skills training. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of coaching carried out by the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises on the productivity of microenterprises. The sample in this study was determined by simple random sampling method and obtained as many as 40 respondents as research data. Data analysis method uses multiple linear analysis using SPSS. The results show that (1) Business Consultation partially does not have a significant effect on the productivity of micro entrepreneurs, (2) Partial Production Marketing Facilitation does not have a significant effect on the productivity of micro entrepreneurs (3) Skills Training partially has a significant effect on the productivity of micro entrepreneurs (4) Business Consultation, Facilitation of Production Marketing, and Skill Training simultaneously influencing Productivity (5) Skills Training has a dominant influence on the productivity of micro entrepreneurs Keywords: coaching, cooperative and micro business services, productivity, micro businesses
