Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Mie Apong Jember in the Gebang area, located in the Patrang District. The objectives of this study were: to determine the effect of price, location, word of mouth, and service quality variables on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction at the Mie Apong Depot, Jember. This research is categorized as an explanatory research. The population in this study were consumers of Mie Apong Jember. The study used a sample of 125 respondents with accidental sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis using path analysis regression and t test. The classical assumption test covers normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of the study show that the variables of price, location, word of mouth, and service quality on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction at the Mie Apong Depot, Jember have an effect both directly and indirectly. The conclusions of this study are price, location, word of mouth, and service quality influence purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction at the Apong Mie Depot, Jember. It is recommended like Apong Noodles to redesign the rearrangement of the dining table and speed up the serving process.
