Abstract

This research was intended to identify and provide an overview of the factors that influence the tendency of cheating / Fraud in the government sector based on the perception of government employees in Probolinggo district. Data collection techniques used in this research is the primary data is by using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistic, test data quality, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing consisting of multiple linear regression method, koefisien determination F test and t test. These results indicate a positive influence between the suitability of compensation and organizational commitment with Fraud in the government sector based on the perception of government employees in Probolinggo ditrict. Leadership style, internal control system and enforcement of regulation did not affect the trend of cheating / Fraud in the government sector based on employee perception Probolinggo district administration.
