Th |is study |is a quant |itat |ive research, employ |ing a saturated sampl |ing techn |ique. The respondents cons |ist of 74 outsourcing employees at the Bank |Indones |Ia Malang Representat |ive Off |ice. The study ut |il |izes mult |ivar |iate data analys |is techn |iques, as |it analyzes more than one var |iable, us |ing the Structural Equat |ion Model |ing (SEM) method w|ith the WarpPLS 7.0 appl |icat |ion.
