Abstract
ABSTRACT Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a strategic role in directing organizational progress and achieving institutional goals, including ensuring employee job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the influence of work facilities, work discipline, and remuneration on the job satisfaction of religious instructors at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Banyuwangi Regency. This research employed a quantitative verification method using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 55 respondents. Data were analyzed using the t-test to determine partial effects and the F-test to assess simultaneous effects. The results show that: (1) work facilities have a partial effect on job satisfaction; (2) work discipline has a partial effect on job satisfaction; (3) remuneration has a partial effect on job satisfaction; and (4) work facilities, work discipline, and remuneration simultaneously influence the job satisfaction of religious instructors. These findings highlight the importance of improving work facilities, strengthening discipline, and implementing a fair and timely remuneration system to enhance job satisfaction.
