Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence of product quality, service, price, location, and facilities on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative method was employed using a survey technique involving 60 respondents, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 30. The results indicate that, partially, only service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Mie Ayam Bu Pon, while product quality, location, and facilities do not show a significant effect. Simultaneously, however, all five variables have a significant impact. These findings highlight the importance of improving service quality in efforts to maintain customer satisfaction at Warung Mie Ayam Bu Pon, Talangsari, Jember.
