Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of service quality, facilities, price, promotion, and location on consumer satisfaction at Kota Cinema (KCM) in Jember Regency. The research background is based on the importance of understanding the factors that influence consumer satisfaction amid fierce competition in the film industry and the trend of digitalized entertainment. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach. The population consists of all consumers of KCM Cinema, with a sample of 60 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The criteria for respondents include being at least 18 years old and having visited KCM at least twice. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS software. The results indicate that service quality, facilities, price, promotion, and location simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, each of these variables also has a significant influence. Among them, location and service quality are the most dominant factors affecting consumer satisfaction. The study concludes that to improve consumer satisfaction, KCM Cinema management must focus on enhancing service quality, providing adequate facilities, adjusting pricing strategies, implementing effective promotional efforts, and ensuring strategic location choices.
