Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable, and to provide empirical insights into the most influential factors affecting the welfare of residents in Ledokombo District. The research is based on the strategic role of Village Funds, which are expected to contribute significantly to improving community welfare. This is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling, with a total of 50 samples. Data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed by software SPSS 31. The analytical methods is data quality test, clasical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). The results reveal that the variables of village fund allocation, accountability, and transparency do not have a significant partial effect on the welfare of residents in Ledokombo District. In contrast, the variable of community participation has a significant partial effect on residents’ welfare. Simultaneously, all four independent variables were found to have a significant influence on the welfare of the community in Ledokombo District. Keywords: Village funds, accountability, transparency, community participation, village welfare.
