Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the marketing strategy of Toge Pak Ali Jember, using SWOT Analysis (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). The data used in this study is in the form of primary data and secondary data. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The data collection method uses observations, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies The resource persons taken in this study are the Owners and consumers of Toge Pak Ali Jember. The data analysis method uses the IFAS, EFAS, and SWOT. The results of this study show that the marketing strategy used by Toge Pak Ali Jember is an aggressive strategy. This can be proven by the high score on the strength (Strenght), and Opportunity tables owned by the business. So, Toge Pak Ali Jember has the potential to become a business that can dominate the market in Jember itself. Keywords : Strength, weakness, opportunity, threats, and marketing strategies
