Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of Service Quality (X1), Facilities (X2), Price (X3), E-checking (X4), and Corporate Image (X5) simultaneously on Passenger Satisfaction (Y). Quantitative research methods are used by collecting data through questionnaires on 60 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 20, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test (partial), and F-test (simultaneous). The results of the t-test indicate that the Service Quality Variable (X1) partially affects Passenger Satisfaction (Y). The Facilities Variable (X2) partially affects Passenger Satisfaction (Y). The Price Variable (X3) partially affects Passenger Satisfaction (Y). The E-checking Variable (X4) partially does not affect Passenger Satisfaction (Y). The Corporate Image Variable (X5) partially does not affect Passenger Satisfaction (Y). All variables of Service Quality (X1), Facilities (X2), Price (X3), E-checking (X4), and Company Image (X5) simultaneously have a simultaneous effect on Passenger Satisfaction (Y).
