Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, brand image, promotionand price on the purchasing decision of BleckZamm Herbal Products from PT. Faeyza JayaSukses Jember. The research method used is quantitative. The samplefor this study consisted of 60 people, using accidental sampling technique. In this study, data were collected through observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. The analysis used included data instrument testing (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, and coefficient of determination test). Based on the analysis results, this study shows that the F test of the variables of product quality, service quality, brand image, promotion, and price simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. The t test results in this study show that the variables of product quality, promotion, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the variables of service quality and brand image do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
