Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the direct and indirect influence through the variables of facilities, ticket prices and service quality on the decision to visitanditsinfluenceonelectronicwordofmouth(e-wom)asaninterveningvariable ontouriststoCacalanBeach,Banyuwangi.Theresearchmethodusedisaquantitative method. The research sample was 50 respondents from 65 populations using the Accidentalsamplingtechnique.DataanalysisusedpathanalysiswiththehelpofSPSS 25. The tests used were data instrument tests (validity tests and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests), Sobel tests, R² determination coefficient tests andhypothesis tests (t-tests). The results showed that facilities (X1) and service quality (X3) had adirectpositiveeffectonelectronicwordofmouth(e-wom)(Z),whileticketprices(X2) had no significant effect. In addition, ticket prices (X2) and electronic word of mouth (ewom)(Z)havea positiveeffect on thedecision to visit (Y),whilefacilities(X1) and servicequality(X3)donothaveasignificanteffect.Electronicwordofmouth(e-wom) (Z) is not able to mediate the influence of facilities (X1), ticket prices (X2), or service quality (X3) on the decision to visit (Y).
