Abstract
ABSTRACT This study examines the factors influencing visitor satisfaction at Pantai Duta Paiton, Probolinggo Regency, aiming to analyze the effects of service quality, location, promotion, competitiveness, and facilities on visitor satisfaction. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents selected using accidental sampling, consisting of 30 offline respondents and 70 online respondents. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 31. The results indicate that location and facilities have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, while promotion and competitiveness have a negative and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Meanwhile, service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on visitor satisfaction. Simultaneously, service quality, location, promotion, competitiveness, and facilities have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. These findings suggest that visitor satisfaction at Pantai Duta Paiton is influenced by multiple factors with different directions of influence. Therefore, appropriate management strategies are required to maintain factors with positive effects and to evaluate factors with negative effects in order to improve visitor satisfaction in the future.
