Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, facilities, customer value, and word of mouth on customer satisfaction at Relly's Barbershop Jember. Customer satisfaction is an important factor in maintaining customer loyalty and creating a competitive advantage amidst increasingly fierce competition in the barbershop service business. This type of research is quantitative with an associative approach. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents using an accidental sampling technique. The research instrument was tested through validity and reliability tests, while data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the variables of service quality, price, facilities, customer value, and word of mouth have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, service quality, price, and facilities do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, customer value and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Relly’s Barbershop Jember.
