Abstract
This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of firm size, growth factors, profitability, liquidity, productivity, and leverage ratio to sukuk ratings in non-financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data in this study is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The number of samples are 12 non-financial companies in the period of 2011-2015, with purposive sampling method. Data analysis using SPSS 22 for windows. The results of the analysis showed that firm sizes has significant and insignificant effect on the sukuk ratings. The growth of the firm has a positive and significant effect on the sukuk ratings. Profitability has a positive and significant effect to sukuk ratings. Liquidity has positive and insignificant effect to sukuk ratings. Productivity has a negative and significant effect to sukuk ratings. And Leverage has a positive and significant effect on sukuk ratings. Companies should pay more attention and can increase the size of the firm and the liquidity of the firm to gets rank sukuk investment grade categorized because investors are more interested in investing to companies with investment grade.
