Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, brand image, promotion and product quality on customer satisfaction at Asb Beads Handy Craft Jember, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were customers of Asb Beads Handy Craft Jember. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the sample used was 96 respondents. This type of research is quantitative. The test used is the data instrument test, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of service quality and product quality partially affect customer satisfaction, but the variables of price, brand image, promotion have no partial effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously the variables of service quality, price, brand image, promotion, and product quality affect customer satisfaction Asb Beads Handy Craft Jember. KEY WORDS: SERVICE QUALITY, PRICE, BRAND IMAGE, PROMOTION, PRODUCT QUALITY TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
