Abstract
ABSTRACT This final project report explores the optimization of marketing management at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bondowoso Sudirman Sub Branch. In today’s increasingly competitive banking sector and rapid digital transformation, Islamic financial institutions are expected to adopt adaptive and innovative marketing strategies while remaining compliant with Sharia principles. This report uses a qualitative approach with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of marketing activities. The analysis reveals that while marketing management at BSI Bondowoso Sudirman has been implemented quite well, it has not reached its full potential. Barriers include the public's limited understanding of Islamic finance, insufficient employee knowledge regarding value-based promotional methods, and underutilization of digital platforms. To overcome these challenges, the report recommends continuous staff development, enhancement of digital promotion tools, and community education based on Islamic values. These efforts are expected to improve marketing performance, expand outreach, strengthen competitiveness, and increase customer loyalty in the Islamic banking sector.
