Abstract
ABSTRACT This final project report examines members’ perceptions of the Tabah Product, a Sharia-based savings service offered by BMT NU Tegalampel Branch in Bondowoso. Tabah is not only designed as a secure and transparent savings platform but also serves as a tool for empowering members economically through a profit-sharing system. The study adopts a qualitative case study approach, using in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques. Findings reveal that trust in the institution, understanding of Sharia values, ease of deposit, social impact, and service quality are key factors driving members’ interest in the product. However, a portion of members still lack adequate understanding due to limited exposure to Sharia financial literacy. Therefore, more educational and communicative promotional strategies are needed to strengthen member participation in the product.
