Abstract
ABSTRACT This study examines the impact of migrating from the BSI Mobile application to Byond by BSI on customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) at the Jember Sudirman Branch. The migration was carried out to enhance the quality of Islamic digital banking services through more comprehensive features, a modern user interface, and more responsive technology. The research focuses on four main aspects: the ease and speed of digital transactions, the impact on fee-based income and brand image, the influence on corporate image, and the contribution to funding and financing growth. This research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, using direct observation and data collection during an internship at BSI KC Jember Sudirman. The results show that Byond by BSI significantly improves digital transaction convenience and service time efficiency. Increased usage of this application contributes to the growth of fee-based income and strengthens BSI’s image as a modern Islamic bank that is adaptive to technology. However, challenges remain, including customer adaptation to new features and technical issues during the early migration phase. Overall, the implementation of Byond by BSI is considered successful in enhancing customer satisfaction, expanding digital service penetration, and supporting BSI’s business growth in the digital banking era. Keywords: Application migration, Byond by BSI, digital banking services, customer satisfaction, Islamic bank.
