Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of work experience, level of education, personal abilities, training and use of information technology on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this research is all employees at PT. Putera Jember's Determination. The data collection technique used was the purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 30 respondents. The data analysis methods used are data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R¬2) and hypothesis testing. The results show that personal abilities partially influence the effectiveness of the accounting information system. Meanwhile, work experience, level of education, training and use of information technology do not partially influence the effectiveness of the accounting information system. Simultaneously work experience, level of education, personal abilities, training and use of information technology influence the effectiveness of accounting information systems.
