Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the partial effects of Academic Achievement (X1), Soft Skills (X2), Organizational Experience (X3), Work Motivation (X4), and Communication Skills (X5) on Job Readiness (Y) of Accounting students at the Mandala Institute of Technology and Science (ITSM). The population of this study consists of all active Accounting students of ITSM from the third to the seventh semester who have completed core accounting courses and possess supporting experiences such as participation in organizational activities, training programs, seminars, and internship programs as preparation for entering the workforce. The sampling technique used was random sampling, with a total sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 20. The results of the study indicate that Academic Achievement, Soft Skills, and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Work Readiness, while Organizational Experience and Communication Skills do not have a significant effect on students’ Work Readiness.
