Abstract
Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price, facilities, location, and word of mouth on customer satisfaction at Barbershop Modern Bangsalsari Jember. Using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, this study involved consumers who had visited Barbershop Modern Bangsalsari Jember at least twice in the period from January to June 2025. The results showed that facilities and word of mouth partially had a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, while service quality, price, and location did not show a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, the five variables had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, explaining 31% of the variation in customer satisfaction. In conclusion, although some factors did not have an effect individually, the combination of service quality, price, facilities, location, and word of mouth collectively played an important role in customer satisfaction at Barbershop Modern Bangsalsari Jember.
