ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, work environment, work motivation, and work discipline at PT Aristocratama Binausaha in Banyuwangi. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique, where the entire population is used as a research sample. Respondents of this study amounted to 42 employees of PT Aristocratama Binausaha in Banyuwangi. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) partially have a significant effect on employee performance, Work Motivation (X4) partially has a negative significant effect on employee performance. While the Work Environment (X3) and Work Discipline (X5) partially have no significant effect on employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.409. This means that 40.9% of employee performance variables will be influenced by the independent variables, and 59.1% of employee performance variables are explained by other variables not discussed in this study.
