Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of Organizatioal Culture, Motivation, Workload, Leadership, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The research method used is quantitative. In this study, data were collected using instruments such as observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review from 33 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, aiming to understand respondents’ perceptions of each variable. The data analysis used includes data instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption testing (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test). The results of the regression analysis show that the t-test results indicate that the Leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the variables of Organizational Culture, Motivation, Workload, and Work Discipline do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the results of the f-test show that the variables Organizational Culture, Motivation, Workload, Leadership, and Work Discipline simultaneously influence Employee Performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Workload, Leadership, Work Discipline, Employee Performance
