Abstract

ABSTRACT Performance is one of the key factors for an agency that determines the achievement of good quality work results in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, job rotation, work environment, workload and compensation on employee performance at the Jember Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The method used in this research uses a quantitative approach. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 56 people, which is all ASN employees. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale research instrument. Testing of research data uses several testing techniques, namely data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, determination coefficient testing (R2), and hypothesis testing. The research findings show that transformational leadership, work environment, and workload have a partial effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, job rotation and compensation do not have a partial effect on employee performance. However, the variables of transformational leadership, job rotation, work environment, workload, and compensation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. These results are expected to contribute to efforts to evaluate the management of human resources or employees that are right on target.
