Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is entitled “The influence of promotion, location, service quality, ease of use of applications and product reviews on repurchase interest at ShopeeFood”. This research aims to determine and analyze the variables of promotion, location, service quality ease of use of applications and product reviews on repurchase interest, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The test tools used are data instrument test (Validity Test and Reliability Test), classical assumption test (Normality test, Multicollinierarity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test), Multiple Linear Regression Test, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), and Hypothesis Test (Partial Test and Simultaneous Test). The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. The sample used was 60 respondents collcted from distributing via questionnaires via Google From. The result of the research stated that the variables of promotion, service quality and product reviews had a partial influence on repurchase interest, but the variables of location and ease of use of the application did not have a partial influence on repurchase interest. Promotion, location, service quality, ease of use of the application and product reviews varibales simultaneously influence repurchase interest in ShopeeFood.
