Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and profitability on firm value through investment decisions as intervening variables. The population in this study is Digital Bank Companies registered with the Financial Services Authority in 2021-2023. This study uses a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, so that 7 company samples are obtained. The data analysis method uses path analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 20. The results of this study indicate that directly (1) Capital structure does not affect investment decisions, (2) Liquidity does not affect investment decisions, (3) Profitability does not significantly affect investment decisions, (4) Capital structure does not affect firm value, (5) Liquidity has a significant effect on firm value, (6) Profitability does not significantly affect firm value, (7) Investment decisions do not significantly affect firm value. The results of the path analysis show that investment decisions are not able to be a mediating variable between capital structure, liquidity and profitability on firm value.
