ABSTRACT Education plays a crucial role in creating high-quality and competitive human resources. One of the supporting factors in education implementation is the madrasah committee, which is responsible for fundraising and managing financial resources to support educational operations. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of committee fund management and its contribution to financing education at MTsN 1 Banyuwangi. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that, in terms of effectiveness, the management of committee funds at MTsN 1 Banyuwangi has been carried out efficiently, making a significant contribution to educational financing, which is not entirely covered by government funding. The sustainability and increasing financial capacity serve as indicators of the success of this management.. Keywords: Effectiveness, Fund Management, Madrasah Committee, Education Financing.
