Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the organizational commitment of employee performance and efforts to improve employee performance in employee performance at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach where the data will be analyzed descriptively from the results of interviews, notes, and observations of the author. The sampling technique in this study uses the Purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study, namely observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The data analysis approach in this study uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of this study includes data credibility, dependability and confirmability. Based on the results of the data analysis, it shows that organizational commitment and optimization of employee performance at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Banyuwangi Regency have been running well. This can be proven by the evaluation of employee performance carried out periodically to provide constructive feedback. Digitalization of administration and information technology increases work efficiency and data accuracy. Welfare support, such as health facilities and financial benefits, creates a harmonious work environment and increases employee loyalty. Efforts to improve employee performance at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Banyuwangi Regency have been carried out systematically, directed and sustainably. This can be proven by Performance Evaluation conducted periodically to monitor developments and provide constructive feedback. The implementation of a reward and punishment system, including Employee Income Allowance (TPP), increases work discipline and motivation.
