Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the BUMDes Marketing Strategy in Margomulyo Village, Glenmore District, Banyuwangi using the SWOT analysis method. This analysis is important to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by BUMDes Margomulyo, market the product and formulate the right strategy to increase competitiveness in the market. The informants used in this study were 6 people. Data collection in this study used observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature studies. The results of this research have found the right strategy for marketing BUMDes Margomulyo is to implement a more modern marketing strategy, by improving the quality, products and services in BUMDes, as well as adding BUMDes product variants and also making more use of social media, in this way the product will be better known by the wider community, after the strategy is implemented by BUMDes managers, then improve the quality of products, services and can reduce risks that can harm the BUMDes.
