Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of library service quality, access to academic information systems, and lecturer support on student achievement through learning motivation at the Institute of Technology and Science Mandala. The research involved 96 students from all study programs in the Faculty of Economics and Business as well as the Faculty of Science, Technology, and Industry. Data were analyzed using SEM with the SMART-PLS tool. The results show that library service quality and access to academic information systems have a positive effect on learning motivation, while lecturer support does not. However, none of the three variables directly influence student achievement. Learning motivation has a significant effect on achievement but does not mediate the relationship between library service quality, academic system access, or lecturer support and achievement. In conclusion, student achievement can be improved by strengthening learning motivation through better library services, easier access to academic systems, enhanced lecturer support, and improved academic skills and time management. Keywords : library service quality, access to academic information systems, lecturer support, motivation to learn and student achievement.
