Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the role of labor loyalty in advancing the company, namely the reasons for labor loyalty, the form of loyalty, and the progress of labor loyalty to the tobacco warehouse UD Gudang Baru Berkah, Mayang, Jember Regency. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with five daily laborers who are considered loyal with purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool in this study used Nvivo 12 Pro. The results showed that the loyalty of UD Gudang Baru Berkah workers was influenced by factors such as close home distance, flexible work permits, higher wages, travel efficiency, additional wages, good leadership, and a comfortable environment. The forms of loyalty shown include minimal absenteeism, commitment to work, time discipline, and flexibility in work. This loyalty contributes to the company's progress, which can be seen in the expansion of the warehouse, the addition of workers, and the increase in tobacco quantity.
