Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy with SWOT analysis approach, in order to improve the competitiveness of Pancer Beach Puger tourist attraction Jember Regency. Given the natural and cultural potential, this research identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by tourism managers. The method used is quantitative research with data collection through questionnaires distributed to visitors and related parties. Data were analyzed using IFAS, EFAS, and SWOT matrices. Based on the results of the research conducted, the marketing strategy that can be applied by Pancer Puger Beach Tourism is to use its strengths to overcome existing threats, namely with a diversification strategy. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies in increasing the competitiveness of Pancer Puger Beach as a leading tourist destination in Jember Regency.
