Abstract

ABSTRACT The murabahah financing procedure at BSI Micro KUR involves a series of stages, starting from data input, customer feasibility survey, akad contract drafting, account opening calculations, first deposit, and finally fund disbursement. The objective of this research is to gain an in-depth understanding of the murabahah akad financing procedure for the People's Micro Business Credit (KUR Mikro) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Bondowoso Sudirman. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Overall, this research provides a comprehensive overview of the implementation of the murabahah akad in the development of Micro KUR at BSI KCP Bondowoso Sudirman, highlighting its benefits, procedures, and underlying sharia principles to support the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). This process is designed to ensure that financing adheres to sharia principles and applicable regulations, and is free from usury (riba).
