Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, capital structure, company size and sales growth on company value in agricultural shop UMKM in Mumbulsari District. This type of research is quantitative with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling of 6 agricultural shop UMKM. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that capital structure and sales growth have no effect on company value, while liquidity, profitability and company size have a significant effect on company value. However, simultaneously shows that liquidity, profitability, capital structure, company size and sales growth affect company value.
